Hello!👋 I'm Jonathan, a former classroom teacher, turned tech marketing leader. Across all of my content, I explore career development, marketing, and personal growth.

Quick Facts About Me

1/ 🎓 I'm the first in my family to go to college. I studied at UC Berkeley, and later went on to get my MBA from Duke.

2/ 👨‍🏫 I started my career as a classroom teacher – teaching multiple subjects to 6th graders at View Park Elementary in South Central Los Angeles.

3/ 🎭 I love comedy, and performed improv comedy at the Upright Citizens Brigade in Los Angeles for 7 years.

4/ 📈 I love marketing, and have worked in Digital Marketing, Demand Gen, Brand, and Product Marketing

5/ 📧 I write a weekly(ish) newsletter called It Isn't Ready. Each week I share some of my POV on topics ranging from productivity, career development, and marketing. I usually share my thoughts on a book I am reading, article I really loved, podcasts, etc.
